The Recording Company is a professional audio production studio. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Certain policies are in place to allow our clients a comfortable, creative and professional environment.
A 50% deposit is required to book a session. The deposit will be applied to your session or refunded if there is a cancellation 48 hours or more before your session time.
Payment is required upon completion of each session. We except cash, check or PayPal. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
Your account must be paid in full prior to receiving any data or Masters. We keep data on our hard drives between sessions as a convenience to our client's. However, we are not a data storage facility and are not responsible for maintaining your data between sessions. We suggest you purchase a Pro Tools Mac based compatible drive that you can take to and from the studio.
The clock starts at the beginning of booked session time regardless of when you arrive. The clock runs until you indicate you are finished or after final masters are burned.
Food and Beverage
The studio has a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. You may bring your own food and beverages and store them in the refrigerator or you may order food to be delivered. Food and drink may be brought into the studio but must be kept in the kitchen away from equipment.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises. If you choose to smoke please do so outdoors.
